Terms of Use and Sale
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These terms of use and sale govern the use of the Reajust service and the subscription to its plans. By creating an account or subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. They may be updated; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of your use or subscription.
1. Publisher and service
Reajust is an online service published by Nicolas Matuszak, sole trader (SIREN 925 155 327). Reajust generates CVs and cover letters tailored to job offers using artificial-intelligence tools. Full details are in the legal notice.
2. Access and account
Access requires creating an account (email or Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. The service is intended for adults or persons with their legal guardian's authorisation.
3. Plans and subscriptions
Reajust offers a free plan with limited features and a paid monthly subscription, Reajust Pro, with no commitment. The features and quotas of each plan are described on the Pricing page, which forms an integral part of these terms. Quotas reset at each billing period and do not roll over from one period to the next.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros on the Pricing page. As the publisher is a micro-entreprise benefiting from the French VAT exemption, prices are net of tax: 'VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code'. Payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe; Reajust neither collects nor stores any card data. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of subscription.
5. Renewal and cancellation
The Reajust Pro subscription renews automatically each month by tacit renewal. A reminder is sent to you by e-mail before each charge. You can cancel at any time from your settings: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no further charge is made afterwards. Your applications, versions and profile remain accessible after cancellation, within the limits of the free plan.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you generally have a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period for contracts concluded at a distance. However, as Reajust is a digital service performed immediately, by subscribing you expressly request that performance of the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. You may nonetheless cancel your subscription at any time for future periods (see the previous article).
7. AI-generated content
Reajust generates content from the information you provide and AI tools. This content is offered as assistance: you remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and final use of the generated CVs and letters. Reajust guarantees no outcome (interview, hiring) and cannot be held liable for recruitment decisions.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload (your CV, your information) and the documents generated for your own use. The service itself, its interface, brand and code remain the exclusive property of the publisher. You agree not to copy, resell or misuse the service.
9. Liability and availability
Reajust is provided 'as is' and accessible under a best-efforts obligation. The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability, security and proper functioning of the service, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruption, error or unavailability (maintenance, technical incident, reliance on third-party providers). To the extent permitted by law, and without prejudice to consumers' rights, the publisher's liability in connection with the service is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first at contact@reajust.cv to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of the dispute; the details of the competent mediator will be provided on request at this same address. You may also use the European online dispute-resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing agreement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
